North Carolina State Fair Parking Services

NC State Fair seeks professional services to provide parking services. These services will be required prior to and during the eleven (11) day annual NC State Fair 2017 which may occur during some football games and events for North Carolina State University Athletics Department. This contract is for the fair(s) only. NC State University will have their own contract. The NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, is the owner of this contract. Any and all issues regarding this bid and or subsequent resulting contract shall be addressed to the NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Purchasing Division. Duties shall include coordination of parking, and traffic control for the specified dates, times and locations. Appropriate number of staff and equipment in good operational condition shall be provided. Experience with providing services for events in excess of 90,000 attendees is preferred with Parking Managers having a minimum experience of 5 years. Vendor’s relationship to the NC State Fair is of an independent contractor. During the course of the contract period, there may be a football game at Carter-Finley Stadium at the same time the State Fair is operating. Total cost reflects performing the services as outlined in the proposal. No other costs will be allowed. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto.

These services will be required prior to and during the eleven (11) day annual NC State Fair (October 11-22) 2017, which may occur during some football games and events for North Carolina State University Athletics Department. This contract is for the fair only. NC State University will have their own contract. The NC Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, is the owner of this contract. Davis County (UT) Event Center Seeks Sustainable Vision Study

The purpose of this RFP is to contract with a qualified Firm with expertise and knowledge in the area of strategic visioning studies, feasibility studies, marketing studies, event planning, sports tournament planning, tourism and economic development, master planning and community outreach to assist the County in developing a Sustainable Strategic Visioning Study for the Legacy Events Center and surrounding properties as outlined on Exhibit A. The Firm must be certified and licensed in the United States to perform said services. The Firm will be required to coordinate these services with the schedule mutually agreed upon between the Firm and the Legacy Events Center Stakeholder Committee.
