Agriculture Competitions Coordinator
Basic Functions: To serve under the direct supervision of the CEO and successfully coordinate all agriculture and related competitions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or combination of Associates Degree and work experience. General knowledge of agriculture and fair competitions helpful. Proven organizational and planning skills required. Computer skills and general use of technology is integral to this position. Supervisory skills and customer service skills are required.

Competitive Exhibit Supervisor
This position will be responsible for planning, organizing, promoting and directing annual Fair Competitive Exhibits, special exhibits and special events. A qualified candidate must have responsible experience in designing, promoting, organizing and managing at least 5 major shows or exhibits, each drawing a minimum of 1000 entries. Shows used to establish eligibility may be of the following: Exhibits such as art, museum or trade, consumer show or livestock show. Knowledge of standard fair practices, procedures and diversity of Fair activities.

Entry Assistant Manager
The Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis is accepting applications for the position of Entry Assistant Manager.
This is a full-time position with state benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance and retirement.
The purpose of this position is to assist the Entry Department Manager in coordination and execution of all Fair and non-Fair planning, operation, and administrative activity associated with the Entry Department. This position will be the front-line customer service contact for the Entry Department.

Branch Manager

This Branch Manager position will report directly to the Regional Manager and oversee full and part time personnel. We present this exciting opportunity to well experienced, industry professionals, who possess multi venue security and operational experience. Position requires references that will validate similar market experience as well as applicants' proficient abilities to develop and implement staffing and security plans. Furthermore, the ability to participate in event parking operations and traffic plans.
The working environment, its locations, and sites dynamics will vary and as such, qualifying applicants must possess experience in many aspects of industry events and environments from the convention and trade environments to college and professional sporting events, and live concerts. The applicant can expect to be in the field, providing hands on management, leadership, and mentoring style support to our product and service qualities. An example of the responsibilities and job functions, they include but are not limited to:
- Purposeful leadership role to consistently deliver services per contractual agreements;
- On site, event management oversight to large amounts of supervisory and front line staff;
- Ability to lead in an event management role, including but not limited to: events pre-planning, creation and implement action of security assessments and plans, pre and post event analysis;
- General knowledge of accounting principles in time keeping and accounts receivable;
- Familiarity with Incident Tracking Software and Facility Management Software;
- Creating and Maintaining staff schedules and other data entry functions;
- Maintain existing client base;
- Participate in industry associations and networking opportunities;
- Ensures compliance to all contractual relationships;
- Active participation in the preparation of the branch annual budgets and quarterly forecast reports;
- Manage branch operations within budgeted covenants;
- Maintain compliance to local, city, county, and state laws; and all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 7 years of related experience
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule including days, nights, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Travel
- Ability to obtain and maintain throughout employment a valid driver's license and state of Colorado Guard Merchant License
- Complete course work including industry related programs, certificate, and other licenses
