Submit Your Web Site
The IAFE provides a link, free of charge, to its members'
web sites. If you are a member of IAFE and your fair or company,
the fair dates (if you are with a fair), or its web site is not listed
here, send a request to
have it listed to Rachel Stutesmun at rachels@fairsandexpos.com.
All requests should include the name of the fair or company, city
and state where it's located, the fair dates, and web site address.
The
sites are checked on a regular basis and will be removed if found
to be no longer accurate.
Once your company is listed, you can provide a return link to the
IAFE on your site. It's a simple way to let your visitors know about
your membership with the IAFE. If your formatting is done by a service
provider, just ask them to add a link using the IAFE logo. Follow
these basic steps to do the formatting yourself:
1. Point with the mouse to the logo below and right-click. When the
menu choices appear, choose "Save picture as..." and save
it to your hard drive or server. (On a Macintosh mouse hold down
the only button). Give the logo a file name which will indicate where
it is to be stored on your server (i.e., IAFElogoForWeb.gif. in the
example below). Place it in the same directory on the server that
stores your web site where you keep other images.
2. If you know and use Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) place the
graphic in the formatted page where you want to add the logo,
at the point
you want it to appear, type
<ahref="http://www.fairsandexpos.com"target="_blank"><imgsrc="NewLogo.jpg" width="116" height="115" border="0" alt="International
Association of Fairs and Expositions"></a>
3. If you are using some type of page editor, just click where you
want the graphic and insert the logo. It carries the link with
it when
you copy it.
That's all there is to it. It should look like the one below:
