Institute Summit

The Summit will be held February 9-11, 2012 in Tampa, Florida at the Embassy Suites USF/Busch Gardens. This event has been scheduled so that you can take advantage of the fair industry's "Florida Week" activities--the NICA Meeting, Food Show and Golf Tournament; the showmen's activities at Gibtown; the OABA Annual Meeting; and the opening weekend of the Florida State Fair.

In addition, the IAFE Spring Seminar, focusing on Commercial Exhibits, Concessions and Competitive Exhibits will be held concurrently with The Summit. The program will include a visit to the Florida State Fair with the Spring Seminar delegates.

Courses to be offered will be Guest Services, Liability Issues, Food & Beverage, Media Relations, Maintenance/Grounds, Facility Contracts (Elective)

The Embassy Suites room rate will include breakfast and daily manager's reception, plus excellent accommodations! Please be sure to book room through the registration process in order to get the meeting rate.

Each year the Institute of Fair Management holds The Summit--an intensive learning event just for Institute enrollees. At The Summit, 5 or 6 required Institute courses will be offered and enrollees will have time to network with each other. The location and dates of The Summit change each year.
