Young Professionals Initiative (YPI) Committee Objectives

• Provide leadership development opportunities to guide young professionals in being future leaders of the fair industry.
• Create networking opportunities and activities for young industry professionals to share information and ideas.
• Develop circumstances favorable for mentoring of young industry professionals.
• Advance programming suggestions for IAFE events and activities (e.g. The Institute, The Summit, seminars, spring conference and convention) to involve and address the educational interests and needs of young industry professionals.
• Participate in review of Y.P.I. Rising Star Award nominations submitted for consideration and selection of a most worthy candidate for same.
• Undertake Y.P.I. recruitment, retention and recognition initiatives.
