Certification Committee Objectives

• Review CFE (Certified Fair Executive) applications submitted for consideration and provide recommendations to the IAFE board regarding the acceptability of each such submission and candidate.
• Communicate with each CFE applicant regarding acceptance or rejection of their submission.
• Undertake periodic review of CFE certification criteria, qualifications, requirements and program policies for relevance and make recommendations to the IAFE Board regarding appropriate changes to same.
• Provide input to the IAFE Board regarding "re-certification" requirements and related process and procedure.
• Assist in the orchestration and presentation of the Certified Fair Executive designation when conferred upon accredited candidates at the annual Spring Management Conference.
• Committee makeup = The IAFE Chair appoints one (1) person to serve a four (4) year term and become committee chair in their 4th year on the committee.
